Description of the holiday apartments
We have three groups of apartments located in the estate, Tralci, The Mill, and Corte Brincolo. They have all been part of the 16th century Farm attached to the Villa Maionchi.

I. TRALCI

The four apartments are located in the farm building; they are surrounded by a large common area, and they share a small swimming pool (8 metres diametre), a barbecue and a berceau equipped with tables and small armchairs.

Tralci 1
Large living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed and one with two twin beds), bathroom with shower.

Tralci 2
Dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed and one with two twin beds), solarium on the roof (difficult access), bathroom with shower.

Tralci 3
Equipped kitchen, living room, three bedrooms (one double bed, one with two twin beds and one single bed), bathroom with shower.

Tralci 4
Equipped kitchen, dining room, living room (with a sofa convertible in double bed), bathroom with shower, two bedrooms (one double bed and one with two single beds).


II. THE MILL

Two holiday apartments have been renovated in the of the old mill of the farm, about 200 metres from the main building in a very panoramic position. One of the owners of the Fattoria lives in the main building.
The apartments share a swimming pool (m.5,50 X 12).

1 Le Salvie
The apartment (one of two) consists of a sitting room with open fireplace, kitchen (under the floor it is possible to see the water which used to move the wheel of the mill), two spacious bedrooms (each with a double bed and a sofa bed) with panoramic view and bathroom en suite.

2 Alla Curva del Topo (At the Mouse Corner)
The apartment is located 200 Meters away from the Fattoria Maionchi in a very panoramic position. It's in an old mill where only 3 rooms have been built. The apartment has a sitting room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom.

III. CORTE BRINCOLO (from 1 July 2003)

It is located at about 400 metres from the main body of the Farm. A typical structure of the hills of Lucca, it is composed by two buildings, once the homes of the workers of the Farm, where 6 new apartments have been renovated. One of the owners of the Fattoria lives there.
Within the Corte there is a swimming pool, which the apartments share, of 6 metres for 12.
All the apartments have their own equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, and heating.
All the bedrooms have their own private bathroom with shower.

The names of the holiday apartments derive by the wines produced by the Fattoria:

Arcangelo
It is located at ground floor, and it has a sitting room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms for 4 persons.

Collegrosso
It is located at ground floor and it has a wide sitting room with open kitchen and sofa bed, one bedroom and two bathrooms, for 4 persons.

Rubino
It is located at the first floor; it has a sitting room with open kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom for two persons.

Il Grappino
It is located at ground floor; it has a sitting room with open kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, for two persons.

Cintello
It is located at the first floor, and it has a sitting room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms for 4 persons.

All apartments are rented on a weekly basis (each week starting on saturday afternoon and ending saturday morning).

The above mentioned prices are inclusive of all services (sheets and towels with weekly changes) except, if necessary, heating.
Possibility of renting mountain bikes and a Ping-Pong table. Horse riding and tennis courts four Kilometres away. Possibility of purchasing the products of the farm: wines, extra-virgin oil, jams, honey etc.
